Luke Berlinghof

Director of Acquisitions, Atrium Capital Advisors

Mr. Berlinghof has 6 years of commercial real estate experience across acquisitions, debt and equity origination, and investment management. His experience spans the private equity, commercial banking, and boutique acquisition industries with positions at Franklin Templeton, Regions Bank, and Green Sands Capital. He received his B.A. in History from Dartmouth College in 2018.

Mark Kaminski

Controller

Mark Kaminski is an experienced accounting and finance professional with a strong background in public accounting as well as real estate investment and property management. Mark’s career spans key roles at firms such as KPMG, Waterton Residential, and Bayshore Properties. At KPMG, he built a foundation in audit and financial controls. At Waterton Residential, he managed financial reporting, budgeting, and team development for a diverse real estate portfolio, and at Bayshore Properties, he oversaw complex accounting functions for high-value multifamily residential assets. With close to 20 years of experience, Mark brings expertise in GAAP compliance, financial analysis, internal controls, and team development. He holds dual MBA and M.S. Accounting degrees from Loyola University Chicago, as well as a BS in Business from Indiana University Bloomington.

Jennifer Wingard

Regional Director of Operations, Atrium Capital Advisors

Ms. Wingard has 18 years of experience in Property Management with a focus on large market-rate apartment communities located in Indiana and Michigan. She has experience with new development lease ups, employee development, resident relations, financial analysis and asset management. Previously, she worked as a Regional Property Manager for Birge & Held Property Management, an Indianapolis apartment manager with more than 25,000 units under management. Ms. Wingard earned her B.S. in Marketing/International Studies from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University – Bloomington.
