Luke Berlinghof

Mr. Berlinghof has 6 years of commercial real estate experience across acquisitions, debt and equity origination, and investment management. His experience spans the private equity, commercial banking, and boutique acquisition industries with positions at Franklin Templeton, Regions Bank, and Green Sands Capital. He received his B.A. in History from Dartmouth College in 2018.
Mark Kaminski
Controller
Mark Kaminski is an experienced accounting and finance professional with a strong background in public accounting as well as real estate investment and property management. Mark’s career spans key roles at firms such as KPMG, Waterton Residential, and Bayshore Properties. At KPMG, he built a foundation in audit and financial controls. At Waterton Residential, he managed financial reporting, budgeting, and team development for a diverse real estate portfolio, and at Bayshore Properties, he oversaw complex accounting functions for high-value multifamily residential assets. With close to 20 years of experience, Mark brings expertise in GAAP compliance, financial analysis, internal controls, and team development. He holds dual MBA and M.S. Accounting degrees from Loyola University Chicago, as well as a BS in Business from Indiana University Bloomington.
Jennifer Wingard
Director of Operations, Atrium Property Management
Ms. Wingard brings 18 years of property management experience, specializing in large market-rate apartment communities across Indiana and Michigan. Her expertise includes new development lease-ups, employee development, resident relations, financial analysis, and asset management. Most recently, she served as Regional Property Manager for Birge & Held Property Management, an Indianapolis-based firm overseeing more than 25,000 apartment units. Ms. Wingard holds a B.S. in Marketing and International Studies from Indiana University Bloomington's Kelley School of Business.
